By accessing and using Let's Move Globally ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Description
Let's Move Globally is an independent career and relocation intelligence platform. LMG provides free career tools and optional paid assistance to help Indian professionals research international job opportunities and prepare stronger applications. LMG does NOT provide: visa or immigration services; job placement or guaranteed recruitment; legal or financial advice; immigration consultancy. All information is provided for educational and research purposes only. Free tools include the Career Mobility Score, Career Counselling Tool, International Jobs Board, Salary Calculator, CRS Calculator, Remote Work Readiness Assessment, Migration Guides and Country Comparison.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of all data. Salary data, visa requirements, and cost of living figures change regularly. Always verify critical information with official government sources and qualified professionals.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to: use the platform for lawful purposes only; not scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission; not submit false information through our forms; comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform including text, data, graphics, and analysis is owned by Let's Move Globally and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Let's Move Globally shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, or from any decisions made based on information found on this platform.

We may link to external websites for reference. We have no control over these sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
10. Paid Products
LMG offers paid digital services including: (1) LMG Career Desk — Silver (Rs 599/year) and Gold (Rs 899/year) annual memberships, available after a 15-day free trial; (2) Personal Remote Work Plan (Rs 499), a standalone digital document available at letsmoveglobally.com/earn-in-usd. All paid products are digital in nature. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. By completing a purchase you agree to the Refunds and Cancellations Policy available at letsmoveglobally.com/refund-policy.
11. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. LMG does not store any card, UPI or banking credentials. All payment data is handled exclusively by the payment gateway in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
12. Career Desk Services
The LMG Career Desk (Silver and Gold) provides candidate-side career assistance including personalised job matching, CV refinement, cover letter preparation, application document checklists, interview preparation and application tracking. These are assistance and information services only. LMG does not submit applications on behalf of candidates without explicit candidate approval. Candidate remains responsible for reviewing, approving and submitting all final applications. Usage limits apply to Silver and Gold plans as specified at the time of purchase.
13. Third-Party Services
Where attestation, translation, credential recognition or other official processing is required, such services are provided by authorised third-party providers — not by LMG. LMG may provide guidance and signposting to such providers but does not perform these official services itself, does not imply endorsement of specific providers unless independently verified, and accepts no liability for third-party service outcomes.
14. WhatsApp and Alerts
WhatsApp automated updates and job alerts are available on the Gold plan only, and only with explicit prior consent from the user. Consent is recorded with a timestamp. Users may withdraw consent at any time via platform settings or by sending STOP. LMG will not send unsolicited commercial messages via WhatsApp.
15. Application Assistance
Where LMG assists with application preparation, the candidate must explicitly approve all documents before use. LMG records the approval timestamp, job reference and document version. LMG will not misrepresent candidate information or alter credentials dishonestly. Direct employer application routes are preserved wherever available.
16. No Employment Guarantee
No product, tool, assessment, guide or service on LMG guarantees employment, interviews, income, visa approval or career outcomes. LMG is not an employer. LMG does not act as a recruitment agency. LMG does not represent employers unless specifically and separately authorised in writing. All career intelligence, readiness scores and recommendations are informational estimates only. Outcomes depend entirely on individual effort, qualifications and market conditions.
