Job Description

A 12-month nurse residency program designed for new graduate nurses to transition into professional nursing practice. The program includes 16 weeks of 1:1 preceptorship, simulation-based learning, professional development and continued support from nurse educators and clinical leadership. Residents can develop in areas including medical/surgical, heart, vascular and thoracic, neurology, or oncology nursing.

Requirements

New graduate from an accredited nursing school
BSN degree required
Less than 6 months of professional nursing experience in a hospital setting
