Job Description
Support the development and refinement of RTA's corporate performance system and align performance management with strategic objectives and recognised frameworks. The role involves KPI governance, data validation, analysis, executive dashboards, reporting, data quality, process improvement and AI-enabled analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Public Policy or related field
Master's holders: 3+ years experience
Bachelor's holders: 5+ years experience
Professional certification in Data Analysis, KPI Management or Performance Excellence
Knowledge of KPI governance and data validation
Data analysis and statistical techniques
Dashboard and executive reporting capability
Data quality management
Process mapping and automation
