Job Description

Lead and support the nursing team in delivering patient-centred and evidence-based care while maintaining clinical standards, operational efficiency and positive patient experiences. The role includes staff leadership, resource management, compliance, quality improvement and clinical governance.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognised/accredited nursing institute
At least 5 years nursing experience
At least 2 years senior nursing experience desired
Knowledge of nursing process
Knowledge of JCIA and related governance standards
Knowledge of nursing scope of practice
MS Office proficiency
Financial management principles
Risk management principles
Stock control knowledge
Strong English communication skills
